2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and businesses who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to submit documents on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Document Submission

Clients are responsible for submitting accurate, genuine, and complete documents.
Submission of forged, fraudulent, or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Dapti reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if submitted documents are found to be incomplete or suspicious.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated processing times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change based on third-party authority timelines, government processing delays, or incomplete document submissions. Dapti is not liable for delays caused by external parties.

5. Confidentiality

All documents and personal information submitted to Dapti will be handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to complete the requested service or as required by law.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before services are initiated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) unless stated otherwise.
Dapti reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided once the verification or attestation process has been initiated.
In case of a service failure due to Dapti's error, a re-processing or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
To request a refund review, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dapti shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Dapti and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Dapti reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
