1. Non-Refundable Services

Once a verification, attestation, or authentication process has been initiated, the service fee is non-refundable. This includes:

Data Verification Service
Business Document Attestation
Background Check Service
Digital Document Authentication
Certificate Attestation Service

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund or re-processing may be considered in the following situations:

The service was not initiated due to a technical or administrative error on Dapti's part.
Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
The service was cancelled before any processing began.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, please contact us within 7 days of your order date with the following details:

Your order number
The service you purchased
Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
